If you would like a bourse table at the upcoming Coin Show in Rocky Mount, please fill in the details below and then confirm your intention to rent bourse space by submitting a check or money order for at least half of your total fees.   The remaining money is due at check in.  First pay… first selection of space!!!

1.  Security will be furnished for the show.
2.  There will be no insurance carried by the Coin Show, its committee, the sponsoring coin club or the convention facility. PLEASE ATTEND TO YOUR TABLE AT ALL TIMES!
3.  None of these mentioned parties will be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that might be sustained by those assigned space in the bourse, to their employees, or property, from any cause whatsoever.
4.  Applicant will be responsible for transactions taking place at his/her space and collection of applicable sales tax.
5.  Dealers must have and display a North Carolina Merchants Certificate of Registration.  Due to severe penalties, no dealer will be allowed to set up without certificated or application.
6. All dealers will be held accountable as per NCNA Code of Ethics.
