DESCRIPTION:We are looking forward to hosting our 51st annual convention this year. Over the years we’ve worked hard to make our convention and show not only a success\, but an annual destination for numismatists old and young. Whether you’re looking for opportunities to attend educational classes\, to find coins to upgrade or complete your collection\, or to just to get to know a few of the hundreds of other coin collectors\, both local and nationwide\, in attendance there\, the 51st annual SCNA convention is where you need to be. \nHeld in the heart of Greenville\, South Carolina\, our convention site offers easy access to the beautiful Greenville Convention Center. The facility offers free parking. \nPolice officers are on hand around the clock to provide peace of mind to all our dealers and visitors and continuously walk the floor during show hours to provide a deterrent to would-be shoplifters. \nBourse hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm Thursday and Friday\, October 26\, 27\, and 10:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday\, October 28. \nADMISSION IS FREE\nThe show offers a 200+ table dealer bourse area.\nDealers in coins and paper money from across the Southeast will be present to buy\, sell\, and trade all types of coins\, tokens\, medals\, currency\, and paper money.\nBSA Scouting Coin Collecting Merit Badge Clinic- 10:30 AM Saturday ONLY. $7 fee. \nE-mailSCNA_Webmaster@yahoo.com to register\nMany dealers will provide free\, informal appraisals for visitors who bring coins and paper money.\nFree verbal opinions as to your coin’s grade and authenticity will also be available from ANACS.\nYoung Numismatist Coin Carnival all day on Saturday.  Games\, quizzes\, goodies and prizes!\nOn Saturday at 8:30am the Awards Breakfast will be held. It is free to all SCNA members. The General Membership Meeting will begin at 9:30.
